Penthouse Sirenelor

In 2024, the Novo Concept team successfully completed an interior design project for a 120 sqm penthouse with a 177 sqm terrace, a space where modern elegance meets functionality. Every detail was carefully chosen to create a refined and welcoming home.

The overall color palette is neutral, featuring natural materials like chevron-patterned wood combined with natural brass details. Additionally, the contrast between dark and light areas introduces masculine accents throughout the design.

The apartment consists of an open-plan living room with the kitchen, three bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a terrace. 

The most impactful area is the living room, which boasts a height of approximately 6 meters. Minimalist furniture and soft textures contribute to a warm ambiance, while the wooden stairs with integrated lighting provide a fluid connection between the different areas of the home. The height is emphasized by a suspended pendant light, which extends to 3 meters.

The kitchen combines functionality with modern design, featuring dark gray and wood-toned fronts. The continuous countertop and ambient lighting highlight the refined aesthetics, creating a perfect space for cooking and socializing.

The dining area, defined by a black table and simple chairs, integrates harmoniously into the living room. The suspended lighting adds a contemporary accent, providing a warm and pleasant glow.

The bedrooms offer a retreat of relaxation, with upholstered beds and decorative stone walls that bring a touch of discreet luxury. Natural materials and soothing tones contribute to a calm and restful atmosphere.

 For the furniture, top-quality materials were selected, including Alpi composite wood veneer, composite materials, glass, bronze, black metal profiles, and natural brass, all of which are highlighted by LED accent lighting.

The bathrooms are modern and functional, with matte and glossy surfaces in shades of gray and black. The suspended sink and illuminated mirrors add a touch of sophistication, while also maximizing the space's functionality.

The plants integrated into the design bring a fresh note, emphasizing the connection between nature and the comfort of a modern interior.

This project showcases a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, offering a comfortable, elegant, and visually pleasing space.
