\u2728 In 2023, the Novo Concept team successfully completed an interior design project for a 180 sqm house located in a residential area of Alexandria. The project blends modern style with luxury accents, creating a harmonious and welcoming space where aesthetics and functionality complement each other.<\/span><\/p>

\u2b50\ufe0f The main challenge was to strike a balance between modernity and luxury, transforming this house into a comfortable and sophisticated place. Each area was designed to meet this requirement, resulting in a unique and elegant atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>

\u2728 The ground floor features an open-plan living area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen. These spaces are decorated in shades of wood and anthracite gray, offering a contemporary and refined feel. At the center of the living room, a modern fireplace, integrated into the TV unit, adds both style and a sense of warmth and comfort. The kitchen, with its generous island, functions not only as a workspace but also as a social interaction point, ideal for moments spent with family and friends.<\/span><\/p>

\ud83d\udd39 A distinctive element is the use of large ceramic tiles, which give the house a sense of continuity and luxury. The uniform surface and the absence of visible joints enhance the fluidity of the space, contributing to a refined appearance.<\/span><\/p>

\ud83d\udecf\ufe0f In the resting area, the two main bedrooms are decorated in the same style, using a neutral color palette, such as gray, greige, and beige. These shades create a relaxing and calm ambiance, ideal for rest. Each bedroom features a bed with an upholstered headboard that extends to the ceiling, adding a dramatic and luxurious element. On either side of the bed, bronze-toned mirrors are mounted in the nightstand area. These mirrors are equipped with built-in LEDs, providing subtle and warm ambient lighting, enhancing the sense of space and adding a touch of refinement. The built-in wardrobes, with simple doors and discreet handles, integrate perfectly into the overall bedroom design, maintaining a minimalist and organized aesthetic.<\/span>

\ud83d\udec1 The bathroom, already finished before the design team\u2019s intervention, was complemented with modern furniture, carefully selected sanitary ware, and well-thought-out lighting. Luxury accents are also present here, contributing to an elegant and functional space.<\/span><\/p>
