\ud83c\udf1fIn 2023, Novo Concept successfully completed an interior design project for an office space at UpBuild Residence within an industrial building, taking the space from a raw state to full completion. The chosen style is masculine, with strong and refined industrial accents. The contrast in the offices is provided by playful and animated artworks, which bring energy and creativity to the space.<\/span><\/p>

\u2728 From the outset, we aimed to highlight the building's authentic elements, such as:<\/span><\/p>

  • Exposed concrete slats.<\/span><\/li>
  • High ceilings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    \ud83d\udca7 The centerpiece of the design is the waterfall in the form of a water curtain in the conference room, visible from all common areas. This fountain, made with a semi-transparent stainless steel mesh, adds a spectacular and relaxing visual effect due to the slow and smooth flow of water. To create this special feature, we collaborated with our partners at bluConcept.<\/span><\/p>

    \ud83d\udecb\ufe0f The furniture was crafted in the Novo Concept factory, perfectly tailored to the dimensions and requirements of the space. We used:<\/span><\/p>

    • The same shade of natural wood veneer in all rooms.<\/span><\/li>
    • LED strips and black marble inserts to accentuate the elegance and masculinity of the style.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      \ud83c\udfe2 Initially, the office space was an open floor plan. Our design team reconfigured it with glass walls to suit the owner's needs. The Corten rust-colored metallic flooring influenced the design, offering an interesting contrast with the black and earthy tones of the furniture. This finish is durable and easy to maintain, withstanding heavy traffic.<\/span><\/p>

      \ud83d\udd38 To delineate the different functions of the space, we used:<\/span><\/p>

      • Glass partitions with bronze tones.<\/span><\/li>
      • Mirror cladding in the same shade.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        \ud83d\udcd0 The main office is highlighted by a vintage-style mirror, custom-made by Kardians Design, silvered and antiqued by hand with copper oxides, giving it a unique character.<\/span><\/p>
