\ud83c\udf1f In 2022, Novo Concept successfully completed the renovation of a 30 sqm studio apartment in Paris, France, intended for short-term and hotel-style rentals. This project focused on transforming an old apartment into a modern, airy, and functional living space.<\/p>

\u2728 The design implemented by Novo Concept features a modern and uncluttered style, using warm wooden flooring and a palette of light colors including white and grey. This combination creates a welcoming and spacious atmosphere, making the most of the 30 sqm area.<\/p>

\ud83c\udfe0 Despite the compact size, we managed to incorporate all necessary functions: a kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom was ingeniously separated from the living area with sliding glass panels that tuck neatly into a wall pocket, ensuring both privacy and an open feel when desired.<\/p>

\ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f The kitchen is designed to be both practical and stylish, with modern appliances and sufficient storage. The living area, seamlessly integrated with the kitchen, provides a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing.<\/p>

\ud83d\udecf\ufe0f The bedroom, while compact, offers a cozy and private retreat. The sliding glass panels not only provide separation but also allow natural light to flow throughout the space, enhancing the sense of openness.<\/p>

\ud83d\udebf The bathroom, though small, is efficiently laid out and features modern fixtures, ensuring comfort and convenience for short-term guests.<\/p>
